Role: Founding Engineer (AI / Developer Tools)

Type: Full-time

Location: San Francisco, CA (On-site, 5 days/week)

Compensation: $180K – $265K base + 1–2% equity

Visa Sponsorship: Available (H1B transfer & other visas supported)


Role Overview

We’re looking for a Founding Engineer to help build next-generation AI-powered developer tools operating at massive scale. This role sits at the intersection of agentic AI systems, high-performance infrastructure, and real-world developer workflows.

You’ll work on systems that process tens of billions of tokens per day, power thousands of concurrent coding agents, and generate hundreds of millions of lines of code monthly across companies ranging from early-stage startups to Fortune 500s.

This is a high-intensity, high-ownership role for engineers who love building fast, solving hard problems, and pushing technical boundaries in a small, elite team.
