Senior Software Engineer & Technical Lead

• Mentor senior engineers and make pivotal technical decisions

• Communicate effectively with UK stakeholders and clients

• Create comprehensive technical documentation

Essential Qualifications:

• Full SDLC Mastery: Proven experience in every phase—requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring

• Methodology Expertise: Deep understanding of Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and architectural implications

• Leadership: Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring teams

• Communication: Ability to articulate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
