- ๐ฅ Windows ISO Customization
- Create, customize, and maintain Windows 10/11 ISO images.
- Configure unattended installations using unattend.xml.
- Integrate drivers, updates, and required software.
- Optimize images using Sysprep and DISM.
- Restrict USB, external storage, Bluetooth, and unauthorized devices.
- Control local administrator privileges.
- Configure Windows Defender, firewall, and security policies.
- Implement AppLocker / WDAC policies.
- Enable BitLocker drive encryption.
- Automate Active Directory domain join.
- Configure user-based access controls.
- Map central file servers and apply NTFS permissions.
- Create and manage Group Policies (GPOs).
- Monitor system and user activity logs.
- Configure alerts for policy violations.
- Ensure audit-ready logging and compliance.
- Test ISO builds on virtual and physical machines.
- Identify and fix security or deployment issues.
- Troubleshoot post-deployment problems.
- Create technical documentation.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11.
- Experience with Windows ADK, DISM, and Sysprep.
- Group Policy Management.
- PowerShell scripting.
- Windows security hardening techniques.
- Basic to Advance Active Directory knowledge.
- Experience with MDT / WDS / PXE boot.
- Windows Server 2019 / 2022.
- Log forwarding / SIEM exposure.

- 2+ years of experience as a System Engineer or Windows Engineer.
- Experience in enterprise or controlled environments preferred.
