The role:
Provide senior technical leadership for the firm’s core trading platform in Singapore. This hire will act as the local senior authority, owning core software systems and helping scale, stabilise, and evolve the engineering team and technology stack.
Requirements
- Senior C++ trading systems background (OMS, connectivity, core engines)
- Proven experience in financial markets (non-finance backgrounds not suitable)
- Ability to lead teams, or step in as a senior IC and grow into leadership
- Strong technical gravitas; experience transforming teams or platforms
- Exposure to low-latency systems; FPGA/hardware knowledge a plus
