Job Description
Initial Requirements to Apply:
1️⃣ B2 English level or higher (interview process and daily work are 100% in English).
2️⃣ Must reside in Colombia and have legal permission to work in the country.
3️⃣ 7+ years of professional experience with PeopleSoft HR, including PeopleTools and integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and enhance PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 components using PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, Component Interface, PS Query, Data Mover, Workflow, PIA, Fluid UI, and REST services.
- Manage integrations with HR systems (iCIMS, Ceridian, Concur, SAP) and internal services via webservices.
- Oversee code/config migrations through Phire across environments (DEV → TST → UAT → PROD).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and stakeholder alignment.
- Implement security and compliance controls for HR data (PII).
Required Skills / Experience:
- Expertise (7+ years) in PeopleSoft HR and PeopleTools 8.56+.
- Strong skills in PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, Fluid UI.
- Solid experience with SQL and performance troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Phire for migrations and RESTful services.
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, and Power BI (plus).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
