A leading advanced technology organization is seeking a highly experienced Senior Hardware Test Engineer to work closely with system architects, waveform designers, and software and hardware teams to define appropriate test cases and verification procedures. The role includes executing end-to-end testing in both lab and field environments, producing clear test and status reports, and evaluating overall system performance. You will also assess compliance and compatibility, troubleshoot operational issues, and characterize the performance of RF and SDR system components.
Key Responsibilities
Qualifications & Experience
- 5 years extensive experience and knowledge in test and measurements with focus on SDR, RF, Networking
- Experience in Python or Matlab or C/C++
- Perform product qualifications as in the environmental test complient with ISO standards (e.g vibration, tempreture, humadity, Shock, EMI/EMC, ..etc)
- Evaluate system performance, evaluate compliance compatibility and troubleshoot operational
- issues.
- Characterize performance of RF and SDR system components
Technical & Soft Skills
- Experience in using lab equipment like spectrum analysers, network analysers, channel simulators
- Ability to multi-tasking and managing a variety of complex tasks
- B.Eng or MS Degree in Electronic, Electrical, computer engineering
