Job Description


Join our dynamic team as a Sr. IAM Cloud Engineer, where you'll play a vital role in securing digital identities and access controls, ensuring the safety and compliance of our cloud environments. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to influence our cybersecurity landscape and support the modernization of our identity and access processes.

Responsibilities

  • Design and manage IAM solutions, including single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, and role-based access control frameworks.
  • Ensure secure access by managing authentication and authorization processes for both internal and external systems.
  • Define and configure conditional access policies to enforce a zero-trust security model.
  • Collaborate with teams to establish access requirements and permissions for systems.
  • Monitor and audit user activities to ensure compliance with security policies and regulations.
  • Implement identity federation and integration between on-premises and cloud environments.
  • Automate IAM processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual tasks.


Skills

  • Proficiency in IAM tools and technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure AD.
  • Strong understanding of security protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and LDAP.
  • Analytical skills to assess security risks and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with scripting languages like PowerShell, Python, or Bash for automation.


Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with security information and event management (SIEM) systems.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, or SOX.
  • Relevant certifications like Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) or CISSP.
