Qualifications
Seniority (MUST HAVE)
1+ years of experience as a software engineer at a top-βtier company or quant firm,β with a strong backend focus and clear signals of technical excellence
Work experience (MUST HAVE)
1+ years of professional SWE experience shipping production-βgrade code with a track record of end-βto-βend ownership and clear strength in backend development
Track record of technical excellence (top-βtier company or quant firm,β strong school/competitions like IMO/IOI/ICPC,β or published/applied AI work).β
Education (MUST HAVE)
CS or technical degree from top program
Competitions like IMO,β IOI,β ICPC or published research
Hard skills
- Strong backend engineering with Python;β experience designing and shipping production APIs and databases
- Experience integrating AI/ML into production systems (LLMs,β LangChain,β RAG,β function calling,β multimodal AI)
- Familiarity with frontend (React) and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure,β Docker,β scalable systems)
