This position offers the option of a hybrid work schedule, with three days working in the office and two days working remotely.

Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Developer

Are you passionate about turning data into actionable insights? We’re looking for a Senior BI Developer to join us! At Great West Casualty, data and collaboration drive everything we do. In this role, you’ll work with talented professionals dedicated to leveraging data to transform insights into business actions and deliver exceptional value to our customers. Help shape data-driven decisions that make a difference!

What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain BI solutions using Cognos Analytics and Power BI
• Develop advanced DAX calculations and data models
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver impactful dashboards and reports
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and governance standards
• Experience with Guidewire is a plus
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of BI development experience in developing in Cognos Analytics, Framework Manager, administrator console
• Strong skills in Cognos, Power BI, SQL and DAX. Guidewire a plus
• Experience with agile project management
• Organized, self-starter with a solid understanding of foundational processes
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
