About Picky

At Picky, we enable global consumers to fully experience Korean brands.

We are a content marketing platform that connects global content creators with Korean brands. We help creators collaborate on campaigns and get rewarded for authentic content, while enabling brands to reach international audiences through real creator stories.

Founded in 2020, Picky began as a skincare review community for K-beauty fans around the world. Today, we have grown into the largest content marketing platform for K-beauty brands, delivering scalable and high-impact content through a global network of beauty and skincare creators.

Get to Know Our Team

Picky’s Product Team is a tightly collaborative group of 1 Product Manager (PM), 1 Product Designer, and 5 Engineers. We are growing quickly as we build impactful products for global content creators and Korean brands.

We work using the Shape Up method with a 6-week build cycle followed by a 2-week cooldown, giving our team autonomy and space to deliver thoughtful work currently.

As part of our team, you will contribute to a range of products:


Experience Requirements & Role Expectations

  • 1+ years of full-time experience as a UX/UI or Product Designer for mobile or web products.
  • Ability to balance design aesthetics with usability and business goals.
  • Ability to clearly communicate design decisions and the rationale behind them.
  • Ability to think and design at a system level, beyond individual pages or interface elements.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and successfully deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to collaborate with effectively engineers and understand technical constraints and possibility.
  • Fluent in English


What Day to Day Looks Like

  • Collaborating closely with engineers, product designer and product manager to ideate, scope, and plan solutions.
  • Designing wireframes, flows, and high-fidelity interfaces in Figma.
  • Contributing to and maintaining the Picky Design System.
  • Participating in design reviews and providing/receiving constructive feedback.
