- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating functional requirements into system specifications
- Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of third-party systems to enhance revenue operations processes
- Manage and optimize Salesforce integrations with other essential business tools
- Develop business cases and ROI analyses for proposed systems and process improvements
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Systems Consultant, or similar role, preferably within Revenue Operations or Sales/Client Success technology environments
- Deep expertise in Salesforce, including administration, integration, and optimization
- Strong knowledge of Revenue Operations processes, including sales, marketing, and client lifecycle workflows
- Proven ability to evaluate, select, and deploy third-party SaaS tools that integrate with Salesforce
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- Development experience with API interface tools such as Zapier, Mulesoft, or Workato
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience in gathering requirements from business leads
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically
- Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum
- Experience in fintech, banking, or other financial services sectors
