Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
  • Hospitality, commercial, education, and civic project experience is a plus
  • Revit preferred
  • Client communication and project management experience
  • An architecture license is not required but is a plus
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget, and translate these into compelling design concepts.
  • Oversee the development of design presentations, drawings, and specifications.
  • Ensure all projects comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability standards.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate into design solutions.
  • Represent the firm at client meetings, industry events, and public presentations.
