Our team owns ClickUp’s entire mobile experience. We’re responsible for delivering all of ClickUp’s core functionality natively across mobile phones and tablets. Team ownership areas include Chat, Inbox, Reminder, Docs, Dashboard, Search, AI, Task View, Hierarchy, List View, Board View, and Calendar. We’re looking for passionate mobile engineers with a strong product mindset who can help evolve and maintain ClickUp’s mobile apps. The ideal candidate enjoys solving complex technical challenges at scale while delivering high-quality, performant, and reliable solutions, and is excited to push the boundaries of Flutter. Our core technologies include Flutter, Riverpod, and native mobile development on iOS and Android. Role:

• Build features and systems with a strong focus on detail and performance
• Own development end to end, from initial concept through production
• Engineer not just solutions, but also tools that help clarify and understand problems
• Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver a world-class product
• Identify and implement enhancements to existing systems
• Help foster a fun, engaging, and world-class engineering culture

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 3+ years of non-internship professional mobile development experience using Flutter
• 2+ years of non-internship experience designing or architecting new and existing systems (design patterns, reliability, scaling)
• Willingness to work with and adopt Flutter
• Experience collaborating across teams to deliver cohesive, user-centered solutions
• 4+ years of mobile development experience across Android and iOS platforms
• Multiple years in roles requiring close collaboration with design, QA, and product
• Strong ability to clearly communicate complex ideas
• Comfort working remotely with a proactive, self-directed approach
• Known for being kind, empathetic, and supportive within a team environment
• Brings energy and drive to shipping high-quality code
• Timezone: Ideally EST or PST; candidates in the EU/UK should have approximately 4 hours of overlap with U.S. time zones

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Riverpod
• Experience in early-stage product development, ideally within a startup environment
• Android development experience
• Background in building and iterating on products
• Active ClickUp user
• Passion for helping people save time and improve productivity
