About the Role

We’re looking for a Unity developer with strong technical skills and a broad game development mindset. Someone who enjoys contributing ideas, shaping systems, and collaborating closely across the team, not just writing code.

You will be working on a multiplayer game which is backed by a UK based publisher and the UK Content Fund. This role is ideal for someone who wants to have a big impact as you’ll be one of two programmers working on the team.

Responsibilities

  • Working across the board in a medium sized Unity project - i.e. UI, networked gameplay features, audio, visual effects etc etc
  • Delivering high quality work with minimal oversight
  • Closely working with the other team members

Requirements

  • Based in the UK
  • Strong Unity experience with a generalist mindset
  • A proactive problem-solver who enjoys ownership and responsibility
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Takes pride in their work and cares about quality
  • Able to demonstrate the impact you’ve had on previous projects

Desirables

  • A strong portfolio of projects (shipped games, game jams, prototypes, or personal projects)
  • Experience working across multiple areas of game development
  • Multiplayer experience
