Role Summary:
The Web Design Professional will lead the design, development, and optimisation of web interfaces across PulseMail, our HR systems, and various client projects. This individual will collaborate directly with stakeholders to understand user requirements, translate them into user-centric designs, and implement responsive, accessible, and visually compelling websites and digital interfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement modern user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and industry frameworks.
- Translate business and functional requirements into UI/UX prototypes, wireframes, and final assets.
- Conduct usability and accessibility testing to maintain high design standards.
- Collaborate with product owners, clients, and developers to deliver tailored solutions.
- Optimise performance, responsiveness, and cross-platform compatibility.
- Maintain design consistency and branding across products.
- Troubleshoot UI challenges and improve user journeys using data and feedback.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven professional experience in web design and UI/UX.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design.
- Competency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Understanding of accessibility standards and responsive layouts.
- Ability to work directly with clients and interpret requirements.
