Product Designer (UX/UI Designer)
Location: Fully Remote, Offshore (Open to LATAM or South Africa Talent)
Schedule: Full-Time
Role Overview: UX/UI Design
Winnie is a childcare marketplace that helps parents find daycare and preschool and helps child care providers reach interested families. As a Product Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of the product.
Key Responsibilities

Work holistically across web and mobile platforms on all user-facing elements of Winnie.

Use qualitative and quantitative data to build empathy with the user and identify high-leverage opportunities.

Design impactful products and features in service of product or business goals.

Communicate your ideas clearly and work collaboratively with engineers to scope and specify features to be built.

Prepare and maintain detailed design specifications and assets for seamless handoff to engineering teams.

Work closely with developers to ensure the final product implementation matches design intent and maintains quality.

Contribute to and maintain the component library and design system documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years experience in product design.

A strong portfolio demonstrating relevant design qualifications.

Proficiency using Figma.

Ability to think at a high level about complex products and human-centered systems.

Experience designing effective and humane user interfaces.

Demonstrated visual design skill and attention to detail.

Front-end coding ability is a plus.

Location: This is a fully remote, offshore position. We are open to sourcing highly qualified talent from LATAM or South Africa.
