About the Role
We are looking for a Tableau/Power BI Developer to join our team! 🚀 You will deliver end-to-end analytical solutions and collaborate closely with the client’s Product Owner and Technical Lead. Y
Your mission: transform business questions into clear, actionable dashboards and data models.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Build and iterate Tableau/Power BI dashboards
✅ Define KPIs, calculations, and contribute to the semantic layer
✅ Produce ad-hoc reports and Snowflake data extracts
✅ Support Snowflake data modeling (tables/views)
✅ Guide power users in self-service analytics
✅ Maintain data quality dashboards and pipelines
Candidate Profile
🔹 7+ years of experience as a BI developer
🔹 Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
🔹 Advanced Tableau or Power BI
🔹 SQL and Snowflake expertise
🔹 Good understanding of data modeling
💡 Nice to Have: Pharma/clinical trials knowledge, data quality frameworks, Agile experience
