Senior SEO Specialist – Fully Remote | Flexible Working

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Conduct SEO audits, develop strategies, and provide actionable recommendations
- Lead client calls, consultations, and presentations with confidence and clarity
- Collaborate with content writers, developers, and other marketing teams to implement SEO best practices
- Support new business efforts with research, strategic input, and participation in pitches
- Translate client goals into actionable SEO strategies that drive results
- Mentor and support junior team members through coaching and knowledge sharing
- Stay up to date with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve client performance
Who You Are:
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices
- Confident communicating with clients, presenting findings, and offering actionable recommendations
- Comfortable running audits and providing practical solutions
- Good knowledge of SEO tools (Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Moz, etc.)
- Some technical knowledge (HTML, JavaScript, etc.) to understand and explain issues
