About the Role
Our client is seeking a QA Analyst with 1–4 years of experience to join their remote technology team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about delivering high-quality software solutions. This role plays a key part in ensuring the performance, accuracy, and reliability of core insurance systems and applications.
What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for web and mobile insurance applications
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and business analysts to understand functional requirements
- Identify, log, and track defects using modern bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)
- Perform regression, functional, and integration testing
- Help build automated testing processes and contribute to overall QA best practices
- Participate in sprint planning and agile ceremonies
What We’re Looking For
- 1–4 years of experience in software quality assurance or related field
- Understanding of software testing methodologies and tools
- Familiarity with the SDLC and Agile/Scrum environments
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with test case management tools and bug tracking systems
- Exposure to automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman) is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred
