- Monitor product performance using metrics like conversions, revenue, and churn, and iterate for improvement.
- Drive process efficiencies and contribute to organizational growth.
- Be flexible and ready to manage any product line based on business priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in a tech-related field or equivalent technical experience.
- 5+ years in Product Management or similar roles.
- Strong communication skills in English and Japanese (client-facing level).
- Ability to break down complex problems into clear deliverables.
- Proven success in fast-paced environments or startups, especially with user-facing products.
