Manager, Global Price & Discount Strategy

The role

As a Manager Price & Discount Strategy you will shape how millions of customers experience our product. You’ll be working on one of the most impactful levers of growth: pricing and discounts. Typical challenges you’ll solve include:

• What is the right price positioning in each of our markets?
• How can we acquire customers more cost-efficiently?
• How can we design incentives that encourage customers to spend more with HelloFresh?
  
  

In this role, you will be part of the Global Price & Discount Strategy Team, shaping pricing strategies across global market where HelloFresh operates. You’ll work closely with stakeholders from multiple countries and teams such as Product, Marketing Analytics, and Paid Marketing making it a unique opportunity to combine strategic thinking, analytical depth, and cross-functional execution.

What You’ll Do

• Shape market strategies: Monitor performance and competitor landscapes across our key International markets, and translate insights into actionable price & discount strategies.
• Run and scale experiments: Design, align, and execute A/B tests that validate new pricing and promotional approaches, and ensure learnings are rigorously captured.
• Own key initiatives: Take end-to-end responsibility for selected projects — from framing the problem and aligning stakeholders, to delivering impact through execution and tracking results.
• Build frameworks & playbooks: Develop best practices, toolkits, and scalable approaches that improve how we set prices and run promotions across all markets.
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• Master’s degree in Business/Management, Business Analytics, Economics, Psychology or any related field from a top tier university
• Two years experience in Consulting, IB, PE or Data Analytics
• Highly data-driven mindset and attention to details
• Excellent analytical skills incl. very good Excel skills (R and SQL are a plus)
• Ability to structure, visualize and solve every problem
• Being a team player but also knowing how to work independently
• Ability to work in a fast-moving environment
• Fluency in English
