You will work across payments operations, collaborating with Product, Technology, Compliance, Risk, and external vendors to improve processes and performance. Key responsibilities include:
- Optimise operations and implement process improvements.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to boost efficiency and scalability.
- Support the development of new payment products and features.
- Use data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Create dashboards and KPIs to track performance.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in payments or product operations, process optimisation.
- Solid knowledge of payment systems, workflows, and regulations.
- Track record of driving efficiency, automation, and continuous improvement.
- Skilled in collaborating with Product and Technology teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
