- Design and integrate backend data sources such as Dataverse, SharePoint, and other databases
- Support governance and administration through Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE)
- Assist with custom application development and enhancements
- 5+ years of experience with SaaS and/or PaaS environments
- 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform development
- 4+ years of experience with Power Apps and Power Automate technical solutions
- 4+ years of experience designing and developing Canvas and Model-driven Apps
- 4+ years of experience using Dataverse for data storage and management
- 4+ years of experience developing Power Automate Flows (Cloud, Desktop, and Business Process Flows)
- 4+ years of experience with Power Pages / Portals
- 4+ years of experience with Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE)
- Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical and business teams
- Experience working in Agile development environments and sprint planning
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with Power Platform mobile apps, Power Virtual Agents, and portals
