Your focus will be on analyzing which processes should be automated, building intelligent workflows and accelerating digital transformation across organizations.
Activities Will Include
- Applying platform and AI capabilities to generate measurable business value.
- Identifying, shaping, and refining use cases for workflow and process optimization.
- Mapping data flows and assessing data maturity across departments.
- Translating business objectives into clear data and information requirements.
- Strong business expertise in AI and process automation (essential).
- Familiarity with concepts such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- A proactive, confident team player who enjoys learning, taking ownership, and working in a dynamic environment.
- Exposure to enterprise service management or operational modules (e.g. IT, customer service, HR, operations, or supply chain).
- Experience with end-to-end business processes such as Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Product Lifecycle Management, Customer Service, Plan-to-Fulfil, Finance, or HR.
- Experience with enterprise PaaS or workflow platforms is an advantage, but not a requirement.
- Basic knowledge of conversational AI, virtual agents, or automation capabilities within workflow platforms.
