This role owns that engine end-to-end: how we’re discovered, how we nurture, and how we convert. You’ll build on what exists today, strengthen the infrastructure, and scale it into a system that reliably drives awareness and demand within our target markets.


What we’re looking for

A hands-on B2B digital marketing generalist who is a self-starter, moves fast, and knows how to deliver measurable results. You’re equally comfortable with informing strategy as you are executing it, while also knowing how and when to bring in and manage agency or freelance support. You bring a performance mindset and know how to set up an infrastructure to measure success. Most importantly, you’re excited to work on a small team with high ownership, making a real impact on the lives of the patients we serve.

Must-haves

  • 5+ years in digital marketing (B2B strongly preferred) with real examples of impact
  • Deep expertise in SEO and using tools like SEMrush
  • Strong working knowledge of GA4 and digital measurement best practices (dashboards, UTMs, conversion tracking)
  • Experience leading successful ad campaigns (planning, building, optimizing, reporting)

Big plus

  • Experience with HubSpot
  • Healthcare / digital health experience
  • Content strategy experience
  • Social media management experience


Key responsibilities

SEO & organic growth

  • Own the SEO strategy and execution across technical SEO, on-page optimization, and performance reporting
  • Lead keyword research, competitive analysis, and prioritization
  • Partner with content and internal SMEs to build content that ranks and converts

Website optimization (strategy + implementation)

  • Own the website as a growth asset: landing pages, conversion paths, UX improvements, and continuous iteration
  • Improve conversion rates across demo/contact flows and campaign pages through testing and optimization

Paid media (LinkedIn + Google)

  • Build and optimize paid campaigns end-to-end (audiences, keywords, creative/ad copy, budgets, landing page alignment)
  • Run a steady testing cadence (messaging angles, offers, creative formats, retargeting) and report performance clearly

Email marketing & lifecycle

  • Own email strategy and execution (nurture sequences, newsletters, webinar follow-ups, re-engagement)
  • Improve segmentation, automation, and performance through testing and iteration

Measurement & reporting infrastructure

  • Ensure tracking is reliable and decision-useful: GA4 setup/maintenance, conversion definitions, UTMs, dashboards, and monthly readouts
  • Turn data into action (what to scale, what to fix, what to stop)

Cross-functional + vendor management

  • Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership to ensure consistency across marketing efforts
  • Manage agencies/freelancers as needed (clear briefs, quality control, and on-time delivery) while staying accountable for outcomes
