Key Responsibilities

- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including graphics, videos, patient stories, and educational materials
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and foster community engagement
- Collaborate with clinical staff and leadership to identify content opportunities and share healthcare information
- Track and analyze social media metrics, prepare performance reports, and adjust strategies based on data
