As part of our growth, we are building an innovative AI-powered HR application designed to redefine how organisations hire, manage, and develop talent. We are looking for a sharp, experienced Product Owner to take ownership of this product and lead it from vision to scale.

As Product Owner, you will own the end-to-end product vision, roadmap, and execution of our AI-enabled HR application. You will act as the bridge between business, users, and engineering, ensuring the product delivers real value, scales intelligently, and aligns with Techlerator’s mission.

You will work closely with engineers, designers, AI specialists, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into clear, prioritised outcomes.

• Own and define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the AI-powered HR application.
• Translate business goals and user needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritise the product backlog to maximise value, impact, and speed to market.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams throughout the full product lifecycle, from discovery to deployment.
• Work with AI and technical teams to shape AI-driven features, data workflows, and intelligent insights.
• Partner with designers to ensure the product is intuitive, user-focused, and delivers a strong user experience.
• Engage stakeholders to align expectations, communicate progress, and manage trade-offs.
• Use data, feedback, and experimentation to drive continuous product improvement.
• Ensure the product meets quality, scalability, security, and compliance standards.
• Support go-to-market planning and post-launch optimisation.

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, ideally on complex or data-driven products.
• Strong understanding of agile product development and backlog management.
• Experience working closely with engineering teams on technical products.
• Familiarity with AI/ML-powered applications, data products, or intelligent systems (hands-on experience is a strong plus).
• Ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a bias toward action and impact.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
