Position: PLM Support Engineer β Digital Manufacturing
Location: Zaventem, Belgium (onsite)
Employment Type: Full-time, 3 days onsite

Role Overview:
Responsible for managing and optimizing PLM processes, supporting digital manufacturing tools, and developing factory simulation models. Additional tasks include BOM management, process improvement, troubleshooting, and evaluating new technologies such as VR, AR, and robotics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain BOM accuracy within PLM systems
- Provide user support and troubleshooting for PLM and simulation tools
- Improve PLM workflows and automate documentation (VBA, macros)
- Develop factory simulation models and analyze bottlenecks
- Test and evaluate advanced technologies (VR, AR, robotics)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with 3D CAD (user level) and BOM understanding
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Business-level English
- Experience with PLM systems and factory simulation
- Programming skills (VBA, C# or similar)
- Japanese language skills (nice to have), engineering degree
- 3 days onsite, occasional business travel
