Role Overview
The Digital Designer will support the marketing team by creating engaging, visually compelling assets optimized for multiple digital channels. This role plays a key part in shaping the brand’s visual identity and contributes to the creative direction and execution of design projects across the marketing ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Campaign Design
- Create marketing assets including social media graphics, website visuals, email templates, promotional materials, and internal and external enablement assets (decks, presentations, PDFs).
- Design assets that support campaign goals, product launches, and marketing initiatives.
- Ensure all designs align with the brand’s visual identity, messaging, and marketing objectives.
- Maintain consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Design web pages, landing pages, and social media assets that engage users and support conversion goals.
- Optimize visuals for different platforms and formats.
- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to support visual storytelling.
- Incorporate feedback from cross-functional stakeholders and iterate efficiently.
Experience
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design and UI/UX, with a focus on digital and marketing design.
- Experience designing for websites, social media, email marketing, and other digital channels.
- Proficiency in Figma is required.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools is a plus.
- Strong understanding of branding and creating assets aligned with brand messaging and positioning.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally while incorporating feedback.
