Role Overview

Position: ServiceNow IRM Developer

Availability: Immediate

Work Conditions: Fully remote

Start Date: To be determined

Duration: 6 months Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow IRM modules
• Support implementation and enhancement of risk, compliance, and policy management capabilities
• Configure workflows, business rules, and UI actions within ServiceNow IRM
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate risk and compliance requirements into technical solutions
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and documentation of IRM solutions
• Ensure best practices and alignment with ServiceNow standards

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a strong focus on Integrated Risk Management (IRM)
• Hands-on experience with IRM modules such as Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit Management, or Vendor Risk Management
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API)
• Experience working in remote and international environments
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
