Job Description
Engelberg is a premium (luxury) window and door brand, operating as a daughter company of AKFA Group, one of the largest industrial holdings in the country is strengthening its marketing team and looking for a Marketing Specialist who can combine creativity with data-driven decision-making.
Work offline and we will cover all relocation costs!
Tasks
- Run online/offline marketing campaigns.
- Analyze market trends and competitors.
- Drive lead generation and improve funnel performance.
- Support SMM, brand promotion, and content creation.
- Manage performance ads and marketing analytics.
- Track KPIs and optimize campaigns for ROI.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in marketing (preferably in the production of premium windows and doors).
- Strong digital & performance marketing skills.
- Google Analytics, CRM, Meta Ads Manager.
- Creative mindset + strong analytical thinking.
- Fluent English.
- Marketing/Business degree.
