Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a fully remote experienced E2E QA Lead to drive quality assurance across complex, integrated systems. This role requires strong expertise in test automation, end-to-end testing strategies, and collaboration with multiple IT teams to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  •  Lead E2E Testing Strategy

o Define and implement end-to-end QA processes for large-scale, multi-component systems.

o Ensure coverage across functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.

  •  Automation Leadership

o Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar.

o Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines for continuous quality checks.

  •  Cross-Team Collaboration

o Work closely with development, DevOps, product, and infrastructure teams to align testing strategies with delivery timelines.

o Act as a liaison between multiple IT teams to identify dependencies and resolve integration issues.

  •  Quality Governance

o Establish QA standards, best practices, and metrics for quality measurement.

o Conduct root cause analysis for defects and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

  •  Test Management

o Oversee test planning, execution, and reporting for complex projects.

o Manage test environments and data requirements for E2E scenarios.

Skills And Requirements

  •  Technical Expertise

o Strong proficiency in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, REST Assured).

o Hands-on experience with API testing, UI automation, and performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).

o Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).

  •  Domain Knowledge

o Experience in enterprise-level applications with multiple integrations.

o Understanding of microservices architecture, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and data flows.

  •  Soft Skills

o Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

o Ability to lead QA efforts across distributed teams and manage conflicting priorities.

  •  Experience

o 10+ years in QA, with at least 5 years in a lead role.
