Software Engineers-Developers (Associate or Experienced) | Missouri


We're working with BOEING on this exciting opportunity.


Join a leading aerospace company to develop cutting-edge software for VMS/GNC/Aero/Subsystems teams. This role offers significant career growth potential within Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Software Engineering organization, focusing on innovative algorithm development and critical airworthiness certification support.


Key Responsibilities:

• Support the design, development, test, and maintenance of non-embedded software throughout the end-to-end lifecycle.

• Assist with review, analysis, and translation of customer requirements into initial software product designs.

• Support development, maintenance, enhancement, and optimization of software products and functionalities for systems integrations.

• Support debugging and resolution of identified issues to ensure the reliability and efficiency of C/C++ or Java/Python software products.

• Participate in handling user inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and analyzing user feedback.

• Support development, establishment, monitoring, and improvement of software processes, tools, and key performance metrics.


What You'll Need:

• 3+ years of experience developing non-real time software.

• 3+ years of experience with C/C++ coding or Java/Python script.

• Ability to obtain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance.

• Ability to obtain Special Program Access.

• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, mathematics, data science or computer science is preferred.

• Ability to interface with various project teams, management, suppliers, and Boeing technical support.
