Job Description


We are looking for an IT technical support for IT systems, infrastructure and customer support to join our team in Sofia. The person will be reporting to country IT Lead.

Job Responsibilities:

You will undertake some or all of the following:


  • From requirements gathering through deployment, work with business users on system initiatives with responsibility for maintaining product road maps and detailed project plans
  • Work closely with business users, maintain and continually enhance business systems including reporting and analysis capabilities to meet ever-changing business requirements
  • Ensure the application is active and operating according to service commitments for assigned deliverables
  • Ensure application maintenance work is being followed according to quality standards
  • Ensure that primary support toward installation of application releases into production is being provided
  • Assist in monitoring the budget by providing estimated-time-to-complete (ETC) and actuals for assigned tasks
  • Anticipate, identify, track and resolve issues and risks affecting the application
  • May create operational documentation for the application
  • Work across the Service Delivery Lifecycle on engineering solutions for new system rollouts, major/minor enhancements, and/or ongoing maintenance of existing applications


  • Requirements:


  • 1-2 years at IT systems technical support and administration, customer technical support and IT projects deliverables
  • Advanced knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management and Remediation
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize task
  • Workstation support, Citrix administration, AD Administration, ServiceNow
  • CCNA/CCNP will be an advantage
  • Very good English skills
