Key Responsibilities

• Provisioning, installation, configuration, operation, planning, and maintenance of automation platforms and related infrastructure for Roboyo’s clients (externally) including architecture blueprints, network diagrams, server configurations, and storage solutions.
• Integration of 3rd party on-prem and cloud services
• Evaluate and recommend automation platforms, tools, and technologies based on business needs and technical feasibility.
• Design and implement high-availability and disaster recovery strategies for automation platforms.
• Collaborate with client's IT operations to integrate automation infrastructure with existing IT systems and processes.
• Perform maturity assessments of existing automation platforms and formulate recommended actions.
• Lead infrastructure and platform operational optimization to ensure scalability and stability, identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Establish automation platform governance and operation model to ensure that automation can scale efficiently.
• Automate & integrate infrastructure provisioning, monitoring and alerting streamline workflows using tools like PowerShell scripting, Terraform, Ansible, etc.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior infrastructure engineers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful automation implementations.
• Support in pre-sales on automation deals, scoping of platform needs.
• Support and operate Roboyo internal testing automation platforms
• Contribute to infrastructure related methodology and expanding knowledge database
  
  

Must Have:

• Completed education in the IT sector, e.g. as an IT specialist for system integration or comparable relevant practical experience.
• 3+ years of accrued experience in IT infrastructure or IT architecture roles.
• Strong understanding of automation concepts, technologies, and best practices.
• Expertise in infrastructure design and implementation, including cloud concepts, on-premise servers, networking and storage technologies.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g.  PowerShell, Python)
• Fluent German & English
• Knowledge of cloud platform computing (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Experience with security best practices and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Curiosity and motivation to get to know new systems and to develop solution approaches.
• Good communication skills and social competence for strong customer relationships
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proactive team player with a high willingness to learn, taking responsibility for tasks and organization skills.
  
  

Good To Have:

• Certification in automation technologies (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).
• Relevant certifications in cloud solutions (ag. Microsoft AZ 104, AWS SysOps/DevOps.
• Experience with Linux
• Experience with infrastructure deployment automation tools/ infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with data management and analytics tools (ELK-Stack, Power-Bi, Azure Log Analytics)
