Location: Fully Remote | 9 AM – 3 PM EST (30 hours/week)

They’re looking for a UI/UX Designer to create conversion-focused design assets for paid advertising campaigns. This role is critical to shaping how users engage with ads, testing creative concepts, and refining designs that directly impact return on ad spend.


What You’ll Do

  • Design conversion-optimized static ad creatives aligned with campaign goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to translate objectives into compelling visuals.
  • Prototype new ad concepts and creative variations for testing.
  • Run and iterate on A/B tests based on performance insights.
  • Continuously optimize designs using engagement and conversion data.


What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in UI/UX or conversion-focused digital design.
  • Experience designing assets for paid advertising campaigns.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Understanding of conversion optimization and user behavior principles.
  • Strong collaboration skills and high attention to detail.
