What You Bring

• A completed degree (Business Administration, Business Informatics, Data Science, etc.) or comparable skills.
• You think analytically and enjoy solving business problems with technology.
• You’re familiar with Python as well as pandas, scikit-learn and/or LLMs.
• ETL pipelines and agentic concepts are not new to you.
• Big data, data analytics, and process mining make your heart beat faster.
• You’re communicative, curious, and want to grow with others.
• German and English? Of course — at least C1 level.
• Ideally, you’re located near Munich or Nuremberg and willing to work onsite with your team two days a week.
• Nice to have: Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Dynamics, Oracle) and SQL skills.
