What You’ll Be Doing:
Source, screen, and recruit top talent for sales, lettings, and support functions across ALH Properties in Dubai
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, sourcing, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding
Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, craft compelling job adverts, and develop selection criteria
Build and maintain candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, database management, referrals, and networking
Conduct phone and in-person interviews, assessments, and reference checks to identify best-fit candidates
Manage relationships with external agencies, job boards, and universities where appropriate to amplify sourcing reach
Ensure a consistent, professional candidate experience and timely communication at every stage of the recruitment lifecycle
Maintain accurate applicant tracking records and recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement and reporting
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR operations; experience in real estate or sales hiring is a strong advantage
Excellent verbal and written English; additional languages are beneficial
Professional, presentable, and confident with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple concurrent vacancies in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Results-focused, proactive, and comfortable working to deadlines and hiring targets
Strong judgement and decision-making skills, with the ability to assess cultural and role fit effectively
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism when handling candidate and employee information
Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment technologies preferred; UAE or UK driving license preferred but not mandatory

You will partner with hiring managers across the business to attract, select, and onboard candidates who reflect our values and contribute to long-term success.
Key Duties – Recruiter Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for sales, commercial, and corporate roles across Dubai
- Develop job descriptions, advertise roles, and manage candidate attraction channels
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking events, and proactive outreach
- Screen applications, conduct interviews, and facilitate assessment processes
- Coordinate interview schedules, feedback collection, and offer negotiations with hiring managers
- Own onboarding administration and ensure new hires have a structured and welcoming start
- Maintain accurate ATS records, candidate pipelines, and recruitment reporting metrics
- Partner with HR and People teams to improve attraction strategies, employer branding, and retention initiatives
- Previous recruitment or talent acquisition experience with demonstrable results
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and strong stakeholder management ability
- Organised, proactive, and able to prioritise workload and hiring targets effectively
- Comfortable using ATS, candidate sourcing tools, and recruitment marketing channels
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills with a candidate-first mindset
- Confident, professional presentation and the ability to represent ALH’s employer brand externally
