About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AI-First Digital Marketing Manager to join our remote team. This role is pivotal in driving our digital acquisition engine through strategic ownership of multi-channel paid campaigns, including Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, and emerging platforms. The successful candidate will work closely with our Forbes Council member CEO to architect and execute high-impact marketing strategies that generate significant revenue growth. This position offers an exceptional opportunity to lead, innovate, and influence the future of digital marketing within a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The role requires a proven track record in managing D2C/E-commerce campaigns, particularly within the US or North American markets, and a deep understanding of the broader marketing ecosystem including SEO, SEM, Affiliate, and Email marketing.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5+ years of digital marketing experience, with at least 2 years managing Meta campaigns for D2C brands
  • Proven success in driving revenue and meeting or exceeding ROAS goals across multiple digital channels
  • Working knowledge of Google Ads, YouTube, and other performance marketing platforms
  • Strong understanding of campaign tracking, attribution analysis, and data interpretation
  • Experience in optimizing marketing funnels from awareness to conversion
  • Ability to develop compelling ad concepts and collaborate effectively with creative teams
  • Experience contributing to broader marketing strategies, including Affiliate, SEO, SEM, and Email marketing
  • Prior experience in the US or North American e-commerce market is essential

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute multi-channel digital advertising strategies with direct revenue accountability
  • Launch, optimize, and scale campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, and emerging platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, creative, and analytics to develop high-performing campaigns
  • Implement and refine attribution models to inform strategic decision-making
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
  • Manage the full funnel from prospecting to conversion, ensuring seamless user experience
  • Guide creative teams on ad concepts and asset development to maximize campaign effectiveness
  • Contribute to the development of the company's overall digital marketing strategy and playbook
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging platforms to keep Puffy at the forefront of digital marketing innovation
