Working cross-functionally with engineering, onboarding, account management, and support teams—as well as directly with veterinary clinics and pet parents—the Product Manager helps identify product strengths, opportunities, and risks. The role plays a key part in shaping a widely trusted platform that powers daily clinic operations, with the broader mission of enabling clinics to deliver better, more efficient care through technology.

  • Shape Product Documentation: Build out feature documentation to align business and engineering teams on new and existing functionality.

  • Train Internal Teams: Educate departments on new product features to ensure consistency in customer interactions and maximize feature adoption.

What They’re Looking For

  • Experience: A four-year college degree with a track record of managing multiple projects and priorities.
  • Skills: 3+ years of experience in a product role.
  • Attention to Detail: A knack for catching the smallest inconsistencies and ensuring high-quality output across projects.
  • Strong Communicator: Ability to distill complex ideas into simple, actionable insights and build consensus across teams.
  • Critical Thinker: Aptitude for diving into data, interpreting trends, and proposing data-driven solutions. Some experience with Excel and data analytics platforms is preferred.
  • Organization Pro: Thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing competing priorities without missing a beat.
  • Tech-Savvy: Experience with Excel and data analytics platforms is a plus.
