About the Opportunity:
The organization is a licensed and regulated U.S. crypto platform providing access to over 190 cryptocurrencies with low fees. This opportunity is for a Senior Product Manager, Growth, responsible for leading data-driven growth initiatives, experimentation, and gamification to enhance user acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization.
Responsibilities:
• Define growth hypotheses and design A/B and multivariate experiments, using clear success metrics such as conversion, retention, and engagement.
• Prioritize and manage a backlog of growth and engagement experiments; coordinate cross-functionally to implement and roll out successful variants.
• Translate experiment results into actionable insights and roadmap decisions.
• Lead the design and implementation of gamification features, using game-design principles to enhance user motivation and retention.
• Monitor and analyze key growth metrics including activation, conversion, retention, churn, engagement, and monetization.
• Report results to stakeholders and recommend next steps based on data.
• Collaborate with UX/design, engineering, analytics, and marketing to ensure smooth execution and goal alignment.
• Promote a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement; document and share learnings, and build systematic experimentation processes.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar growth/product-growth role with a focus on growth, engagement, or retention.
• Proven track record designing, executing, and interpreting A/B or multivariate tests in a live product environment.
• Experience building or contributing to gamified features or working at a gaming or viral/social-app company.
• Strong data-driven mindset and experience working with data analytics or data science teams.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience in agile environments, managing product backlogs, and coordinating across teams.
• Familiarity with behavioral design, game mechanics, user psychology, retention strategies, and growth loops.
Compensation:
• The starting pay range for this role is between USD$195,000 - USD$220,000 for all U.S. remote locations. The actual base pay will vary, and is dependent upon many factors, such as transferable skill sets, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change.
