Edunexia is a cybersecurity awareness & human-risk reduction startup building a measurable “Human Firewall” for organizations. Most security incidents still begin with people: phishing, credential reuse, unsafe behavior, weak reporting habits, and inconsistent reporting culture. Traditional “annual training” and generic LMS content do not change behavior or provide measurable outcomes.

Edunexia addresses this gap by combining:

• Phishing & social engineering simulations (safe, controlled, measurable)

• Micro-learning & scenario-based training (role-based, continuous)

• Risk analytics & reporting (track improvement over time, not just completion)

We are building with an international mindset and actively developing our Finland pathway (accelerator ecosystem, relocation readiness, and EU market entry).

Role Overview

We are looking for an Operations Lead to join Edunexia as a full-time founding role. This person will be the execution engine across operations, delivery, and internal systems. You will build the operating rhythm of the company: planning cycles, delivery discipline, documentation, stakeholder communication, and the day-to-day coordination that turns strategy into shipped outcomes.

In addition to day-to-day operations, this role will support our Finland track: helping us stay program-ready, documentation-ready, and execution-ready for accelerator milestones and cross-border scale.

Location / Work Model

• Full-time

• Remote (Ankara is NOT required)

• Türkiye-based is a plus, but we are open to EU/UK-friendly time zones as well (UTC+0 to UTC+3 preferred)

• Occasional travel may be required in the future (Finland/EU) depending on program needs

What You Will Own (Core Responsibilities)

1) Execution & Delivery Management (MVP → Pilots → Repeatable Delivery)

• Translate priorities into weekly plans and measurable deliverables (MVP releases, pilot onboarding, content drops)

• Run the operational cadence: weekly planning, async check-ins, weekly demos, retrospectives

• Build a clear delivery pipeline: backlog → build → QA → release → feedback loop

• Track dependencies, resolve blockers, and escalate risks early

• Maintain high execution standards: Definition of Done, acceptance criteria, release checklists

2) Process Design & Operational Excellence

• Design and document SOPs (standard operating procedures) across key workflows:

 - Pilot onboarding workflow

 - Simulation campaign workflow

 - Content production workflow

 - Support/issue triage workflow

 - Release management workflow

• Establish a “single source of truth” in Notion/Confluence-style documentation

• Create simple dashboards for progress, throughput, and operational health

• Improve speed and quality with pragmatic process—no bureaucracy

3) Customer Operations & Pilot Success (with GTM)

• Support pilot customers operationally: onboarding steps, timelines, deliverables, reporting cadence

• Ensure pilots are executed with measurable outcomes (report rate, click rate, time-to-report, training completion, risk reduction)

• Coordinate internal teams to deliver pilot commitments on time and at quality

• Help package learnings into repeatable templates, ROI narratives, and case-study structure

4) Finland Track & International Readiness 🇫🇮

• Keep our accelerator/program readiness high: documentation, timelines, deliverables, milestone tracking

• Help prepare materials and operational plans for Finland/EU expansion (process, compliance-ready thinking, structured reporting)

• Support scheduling and coordination for international meetings, workshops, and program requirements

• Maintain a clear “execution story” through timelines, demos, and measurable progress

5) Quality, Security Discipline & Operational Risk

• Ensure we operate like a security-minded company:

 - clean operational hygiene

 - secure handling of data

 - audit-ready documentation where needed

• Coordinate checklists for simulation safety, ethical boundaries, and reporting standards

• Support alignment with practical framework thinking when required (OWASP/NIST-inspired best practices)

6) Budgeting, Vendor Management & Tooling

• Own operational budgeting for tools/services (email services, hosting, productivity tools, CRM, etc.)

• Coordinate vendors and subscriptions

• Maintain efficiency and “low burn” discipline as we scale

7) Team Coordination & Culture of Execution

• Lead cross-functional coordination between engineering, content, design, and GTM

• Set the tone for “high ownership, high clarity, low drama” execution

• Keep communication crisp: who does what by when, what’s blocked, what’s next

Who This Role Is For

You love turning ambiguity into execution and building systems that make teams move faster. You don’t need to be a cybersecurity engineer—but you must be disciplined, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating inside a security product company.

You might be a great fit if you have experience as:

• Operations Lead / Program Manager / Delivery Manager

• Project Manager in a fast-paced product company

• Chief-of-Staff style operator (execution-heavy)

• Startup generalist who can build internal systems and run delivery

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in operations, delivery, project/program management, or similar execution roles

• Proven ability to run cross-functional workstreams and ship outcomes on deadlines

• Strong planning and prioritization skills (can break big goals into weekly execution)

• Comfort with Notion/Confluence, Jira/ClickUp/Trello, Google Workspace, Slack

• Strong written communication and documentation discipline

• Problem-solving mindset: calm under pressure, proactive, structured

• High integrity and accountability

Preferred / Strong Advantages

• Experience in B2B SaaS, training/education platforms, or cybersecurity-adjacent products

• Experience with customer onboarding, pilot management, or customer success operations

• Familiarity with Agile/Kanban delivery practices

• Experience in early-stage startups or building operations from scratch

• Strong English (documentation and international communication)

• Experience working with accelerators, grants, or international stakeholders is a plus

What Success Looks Like (First 60–90 Days)

Month 1:

• Clear operational cadence is running (weekly planning + demo rhythm)

• Central documentation hub created (SOPs + templates)

• Delivery pipeline is visible and predictable

Month 2–3:

• Pilot onboarding and execution becomes repeatable (templates + checklists)

• MVP shipping becomes consistent (release process + QA discipline)

• Finland/program readiness improves with clear milestones and reporting
