Remote | Full-Time | Entry to Mid-Level
TalentPop is seeking a results-driven Ad Creative Specialist to join our Creative Growth team. In this role, you'll support fast-growing e-commerce brands by developing compelling ad creatives—both graphic and video—that drive engagement and conversions across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and more. What You’ll Do
- Create static and motion ads tailored for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other paid channels.
- Repurpose UGC, branded content, and existing creative assets into high-converting ad formats.
- Edit short-form video content for Reels, TikToks, and ads, adding captions, overlays, transitions, and music aligned with brand standards.
- Write concise copy that captures attention and drives action.
- Collaborate with designers and strategists to develop and iterate creative concepts.
- Stay updated on trends in ad performance, creative testing, and platform best practices.
- Organize and maintain a library of design and video assets for review and evaluation.
- 1–2 years of experience in paid media creative, ad content, digital marketing, or e-commerce design/video creation.
- A strong grasp of direct-response ad principles and performance metrics.
- Familiarity with e-commerce and DTC ad formats, trends, and social media best practices.
- Basic to intermediate editing skills in Canva, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), or similar tools.
- Portfolio or sample links showcasing both static and video ad projects.
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Stable DSL, Cable, or Fiber internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps upload/download).
- Personal PC or laptop with a minimum i5 processor.
