🧑💻 Role Overview
As Head of Tech / Full-Stack Developer (Backend-focused), you will play a key role in shaping and scaling the NomadHer mobile application. You’ll work closely with our Designer and Head of Tech to deliver a stable, high-quality, and scalable product experience.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
Maintain and refactor the existing React Native application
Design, build, and deploy new features and backend services
Integrate new designs and continuously improve UI/UX flows
Contribute to technical architecture and long-term scalability
Ensure high code quality through best practices, reviews, and testing

👩🚀 Who You Are
5+ years of experience working on released production products
Strong expertise in TypeScript
Solid experience with React Native or modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Angular)
Experience with state management (Redux or similar)
Hands-on backend experience with NestJS or Express
Comfortable working with NoSQL databases
Familiar with Google Cloud Platform / Firebase ecosystem
Fluent in English
Self-motivated, autonomous, and proactive communicator
