We're hiring a Senior Creative Designer & Marketing Lead who can bring bold ideas to life, drive revenue through design, and elevate our brand visually across every touchpoint. This role blends strategic design, marketing performance, video editing, creative direction, and leadership.

Responsibilities:

High-Impact Design & Marketing Creative

  • Create visually engaging graphics for e-commerce campaigns, email newsletters, paid ads, and website assets.
  • Design and execute digital marketing materials that strengthen brand presence and boost conversions across all platforms.
  • Produce graphic designs for social media, promotional campaigns, and high-performing marketing visuals.
  • Develop email marketing layouts & templates in Klaviyo that are on-brand, optimized, and conversion-focused.
  • Support Shopify website design and updates, ensuring cohesive, elevated visuals and improved user experience.
  • Create editorial assets including catalogues, lookbooks, and linesheets.
  • Execute packaging design and unboxing experiences.
  • Produce GIFs / animated graphics for MMS, email, ads, and website.
  • Collaborate on product design elements for new launches, ensuring visuals align with TopFoxx’s unique, sustainable brand identity.


Video Editing for Performance

(Not daily social posting — strictly marketing-driven video assets)

  • Edit high-performing videos for Facebook/IG ads, TikTok ads, product features, website modules, and short-form promotional content.
  • Apply strong knowledge of hooks, pacing, storytelling, and conversion psychology.
  • Utilize tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects to produce fast, high-impact content.


Creative Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and oversee the work of designers, editors, and creative contributors.
  • Set and enforce high creative standards aligned with brand and performance goals.
  • Provide clear direction, actionable feedback, and approvals.
  • Collaborate with marketing leadership to build campaigns rooted in aesthetics, psychology, and profitability.
  • Convert business objectives into strong creative briefs, strategies, and deliverables.
  • Balance leadership with hands-on design and execution.


Product Creative & Aesthetic Direction

  • Support product development from concept to launch through:
  • Researching colors, shapes, materials, packaging, and fashion trends.
  • Building mood boards and visual direction for new collections.
  • Providing aesthetic input for marketing campaigns from the earliest stages.
  • Ensuring product and marketing visuals follow a cohesive, elevated identity.


Fast, Resourceful, Scrappy Problem-Solving

  • Create powerful content using simple setups and minimal resources when needed.
  • Self-start, troubleshoot, and translate ideas into output quickly and efficiently.
  • Repurpose, optimize, and maximize the impact of existing assets.
  • Constantly identify opportunities to create more with less and push the brand forward.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • A+ design instincts: strong aesthetic eye, taste-level awareness, and the ability to elevate a brand visually.
  • Expert in Adobe Suite — Photoshop is a must; Illustrator, After Effects, and motion graphics skills are a strong bonus.
  • Video editing skills in Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools, with an understanding of hooks, pacing, and conversion-focused storytelling.
  • Background in e-commerce and digital marketing, with a deep understanding of brand aesthetics, fashion/beauty/lifestyle trends, and what drives conversions.
  • Experience producing and editing content across multiple platforms (TikTok, Instagram, FB ads), with an eye for global fashion and visual trends.
  • (Preferred) Klaviyo experience for creating high-performing email designs and templates.
  • (Preferred) Shopify proficiency for visual updates, landing pages, and CRO-driven layouts.
  • Performance-driven mindset: understands how design and creative directly impact revenue, conversions, and engagement.
  • Leader who executes: able to direct and guide a creative team while still producing top-tier work personally.
  • Detail-obsessed: holds self and team to high creative standards and pixel-perfect accuracy.
  • Strategic + hands-on: 50% creator, 50% creative strategist — able to think big-picture while executing daily tasks.
  • Highly adaptable: thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure, rapid-execution environment; comfortable forecasting and planning ahead.
  • Independent and collaborative: can take a project from concept to final delivery while collaborating effectively with key team members.


Hours 

  • Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • 40 hours the week
  • (Overtime during peak seasons and key events)
