In this role, you will partner with leadership to provide critical insights that enhance our understanding of customer journeys and operational outcomes. You will not only deliver reports but also drive strategic decisions by identifying opportunities for improvement across various aspects of our services. Your analytical expertise will help bridge the gap between operational efficiency and customer satisfaction, providing a vital contribution to our digital health marketplace. Accountabilities
- Serve as the primary knowledge base for marketplace, funnel, and operational data across web analytics and first-party data systems.
- Develop, build, and automate dashboards and reporting to provide clear insights and recommendations related to performance metrics.
- Analyze end-to-end customer journeys to identify drop-offs, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
- Support experimentation and testing efforts by analyzing results and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to implement tracking requirements and data structures.
- Execute ad-hoc deep-dive analyses to answer high-priority business questions.
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to prepare performance readouts and case studies.
- Support KPI definition, forecasting inputs, and performance monitoring.
- Minimum of 3–5+ years of experience in analytics or business intelligence roles.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with large datasets.
- Strong experience with web and product analytics tools such as Google Analytics and similar platforms.
- Working knowledge of cloud data architecture and platforms.
- Experience collaborating with Data Engineering teams on analytics requirements.
- Solid understanding of funnel analysis and performance measurement.
- Ability to translate complex analyses into concise insights for various audiences.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in healthcare or regulated environments is a plus.
- Compensation: $80,000 - 120,000
- Discretionary Annual Bonus Eligibility: Up to 10%
