Role Description:

Peachscore is hiring an Enterprise Partnerships Director to lead direct enterprise sales and strategic partnerships for Peachscore+ Enterprise, our flagship offering designed for corporations, institutional partners, and large organizations seeking access to high-quality global startup intelligence, verified deal flow, and data-driven ecosystem engagement.


This is not a transactional sales role. It is consultative, strategic, and relationship-driven. The Enterprise Partnerships Director will manage and develop new enterprise partnerships, lead outreach and engagement with senior decision-makers, and identify innovative collaboration opportunities that align long-term strategic goals between Peachscore and its partners. The role requires operating as a trusted advisor to executives across corporate innovation teams, venture arms, strategy, and partnerships functions.


The focus of this role is on building and closing single- and multi-year enterprise partnerships while maintaining long-term relationships that drive sustained value for both parties. The ideal candidate is a senior sales and partnerships professional who thrives in complex, consultative sales cycles, understands how to sell data platforms, intelligence products, and strategic ecosystem partnerships, and is motivated by meaningful upside tied to long-term enterprise relationships and equity ownership.


Location and Role Details:

This is a full-time, fully remote role based in the United States. Candidates must be located in the U.S. and authorized to work in the U.S. The role reports directly to the Founder and CEO of Peachscore and works closely with executive leadership, product, data, and partnerships teams.


Travel Expectations:

Occasional travel may be required to meet with enterprise clients, attend key partner meetings, and represent Peachscore at industry events and strategic gatherings. Travel frequency will vary based on partnership needs and deal activity.


Key Responsibilities:

Enterprise Sales and Revenue Growth

  • Own the full enterprise sales lifecycle from prospecting through close for Peachscore+ Enterprise partnerships
  • Identify, qualify, and engage senior decision-makers including Heads of Innovation, Corporate Development, Venture, Strategy, and Partnerships
  • Drive structured discovery conversations to uncover strategic objectives, data needs, and innovation gaps
  • Position Peachscore as a long-term strategic partner rather than a vendor
  • Negotiate and close enterprise partnership agreements with six-figure and multi-year potential


Pipeline Development and Account Strategy

  • Build and manage a high-quality enterprise pipeline with disciplined forecasting
  • Develop account strategies for priority enterprise targets and strategic categories
  • Coordinate closely with leadership to manage exclusivity, category considerations, and partnership timing
  • Maintain detailed CRM records and deal notes with executive-level clarity


Strategic Collaboration

  • Work closely with founders, product, data, and partnerships teams to align enterprise needs with platform capabilities
  • Provide market feedback to inform product evolution, packaging, and positioning
  • Support enterprise onboarding to ensure strong early value realization and renewal readiness


Thought Leadership and Representation

Represent Peachscore in executive meetings, industry events, and strategic discussions

Act as a credible voice on startup ecosystems, innovation sourcing, and data-driven decision-making

Build long-term trust with enterprise stakeholders through insight, consistency, and follow-through


Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 10 or more years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, strategic partnerships, or complex solution selling
  • Proven track record of closing enterprise deals with senior stakeholders
  • Experience selling data platforms, SaaS, marketplaces, intelligence products, or innovation services strongly preferred
  • Comfortable operating in early-stage or scaling environments with limited structure
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining relationships with enterprise-level clients
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify opportunities and craft innovative partnership strategies
  • Experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, preferably in a startup or accelerator environment
  • Knowledge of or strong interest in entrepreneurship, startups, and data-driven platforms
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and business development software
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in equity and long-term upside
  • Desire to build something durable rather than maximize short-term transactions
  • Comfortable with a commission-first compensation structure


Compensation and Equity:

This role is commission-based and tied directly to closed enterprise partnerships. Top performers will be eligible for meaningful equity participation based on sustained performance, revenue contribution, and strategic impact.


Success Metrics and Expectations:

Success in this role is defined by the ability to build and close high-quality enterprise partnerships that generate meaningful, recurring revenue and long-term strategic value for Peachscore.


Typical enterprise partnerships range from $25,000 to six-figure, multi-year agreements, depending on scope and exclusivity. Top performers in this role are expected to close approximately $500,000 or more in annual enterprise partnership revenue over time, which aligns with earning potential exceeding $150,000 per year in commission, in addition to equity participation.


Performance will be evaluated based on revenue closed, quality and durability of partnerships, pipeline health, renewal and expansion readiness, and the ability to position Peachscore as a long-term strategic partner to enterprise clients.
