Role Description – Lead Technical Recruiter (Remote).
We are looking for an experienced Lead Technical Recruiter to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. In this role, you will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical positions, from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding.
You will work closely with clients to understand technical requirements, build strong talent pipelines, and deliver high-quality candidates across various technology roles. You will also guide hiring strategies, provide market insights, and ensure a smooth and professional experience for both clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles (IT, Engineering, Software, Data, etc.)
- Source and engage candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, ATS, and AI-based sourcing tools
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Partner with clients to understand technical skill requirements and hiring timelines
- Screen candidates for technical fit, experience, and cultural alignment
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding
- Share market insights on salary trends, talent availability, and hiring strategies
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience in full life-cycle technical recruitment
- Proven ability to recruit for technical and IT roles
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools, ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote setup
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and compliance
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (preferred)
