**Prior experience in delivering ML-driven analytics across lending, cards, customer lifecycle, and risk domains within FinTech or financial services is highly valued**

👀Here's what they're looking for: 👀
- 3+ years’ experience in Data Science.
- Python, R, and SQL.
- Machine Learning, statistical modelling, predictive & prescriptive analytics.
- Experience in deploying end-to-end AI/ML models.
- Experience in a fast-paced/dynamic environment
- Cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, and GCP, with big data experience.
- Experience in banking and financial services, spanning cards, lending, SME, digital channels, and risk.
- Ability to translate complex analytics into clear business recommendations.
