We are hiring - Junior Graphic Designer!
Madd is growing and we are on the lookout for a creative Junior Graphic Designer with a strong design foundation and a passion for visual storytelling—especially for social media. This is a full-time remote role for a talent eager to grow, collaborate, and bring ideas to life through high-quality visuals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design engaging, visually appealing graphics tailored for social media platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts aligned with brand guidelines.
- Create designs for campaigns, branding materials, presentations, and other digital assets.
- Finalize design projects based on provided directions, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and high quality.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs and assets.
- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and team collaborations to ensure alignment on creative goals.
- Adapt to feedback and revisions in a flexible, constructive manner.
- Utilize AI tools where appropriate to enhance productivity, creativity, and workflow efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related visual design field.
- 1–2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer (agency or remote experience is a plus).
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Solid experience designing content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Familiarity with AI-powered design or productivity tools and the ability to use them effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
